It is preservative and cholesterol free; dairy, egg, and soy free; has no added oils or sugars. We currently are selling honey whole wheat and country white(with cracked wheat). There are also recipes on our website...some are altered from ones posted here, and some are new. I believe that recipes can always be tweaked. I am always trying to improve my recipes to please my family.
